Simon is President of Moonray Investors. He also serves as a Director of Fidelity Worldwide Investment and as Non-Executive Director of Colt Group S.A. and KVH Co. Ltd as well as sitting on a number of investment committees. Before joining Fidelity in 1995, he was an Audit and Consulting Partner at Deloitte & Touche, where he specialised in the fund management and securities industry.
Nicky is the Chief Operating Officer of Moonray Investors. Prior to joining Moonray, Nicky spent eight years at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, five of which were as COO Investment Management, as well as time at HSBC Asset Management and McKinsey & Co. Nicky is a Director of Amantys Ltd., Telehealth Solutions Ltd., Romax Technology Ltd., DeltaHealth China Ltd. and Fidelity Special Values PLC.
Luciana joined Moonray in October 2008. She brings 10+ years of global finance experience in both industrial and financial services businesses working for General Electric in Europe, US, Japan, and Australia. From 2004 to 2008 she was the CFO of a GE business unit with $0.5bn sales worldwide. The role included the supervision of the American and Japanese commercial organisations, plus three R&D and manufacturing plants in Norway, Israel and China.
Jed is Moonray's Portfolio Manager and is a qualified accountant. He was previously a portfolio manager with Fidelity, having joined the company in 1993. He managed equities for UK pension funds, and was responsible for Fidelity's pooled institutional UK equity fund and the UK equities within the balanced, pooled pension fund.
John joined Moonray Energy in an advisory capacity in January 2013 and is currently acting as CEO of Healthcare on an interim basis. With a background in finance, the majority of John’s recent working career has been spent in the tech sector where he has operated in ‘C’ level executive positions. He has successfully exited two venture backed fabless chip businesses in the last decade; Alphamosiac Limited in 2004 as CFO and Frontier Silicon Limited in 2012 as CEO.
Pete joined Moonray Energy in July 2012 following a career starting, developing and investing in technology companies. Pete was an early employee, and latterly main board member, of ARM Holdings plc where he was instrumental in ARM’s entry into the mobile market. Following ARM, Pete was a General Partner at Alta Berkeley Ventures and has served on the board of a number of public and private companies.
Pete is a co-founder of and currently serves as Chairman of Amantys Ltd and is a director of Romax Technology Ltd.
